In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, Rosie Abbott Dietitian has put in place encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact Rosie Abbott, Data Protection Officer. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Please note that it is required by law that treatment records are kept for 10 years from your last contact. After this time period, your records will be destroyed unless you request otherwise.
